  This has got to be the worst Location I have ever experienced. Sadly we keep coming back. We have give them the benefit of doubt in hopes that things will change. We love Cafe Rio and live in Draper so i guess thats why we keep coming back, but after this time, we wont be back! RUDE staff. Our order is never correct or fully there for that matter. It always results in another trip for us and cold food. We quite going for awhile but decided to give it another shot. Bad Idea!!!!! I would rather them take their time then rush it and make me have to come back. Cafe Rio is great but this location is a JOKE!

  Parking sucks, the staff is a bunch of disrespectful punk teenagers & the manager acts as bad as they do!
  
  on 3 different occasions we've ordered food from them by calling ahead to place our orders in advance. On all 3 visits the orders weren't ready, had tons of mistakes, & the manager did nothing to make it right for the mistakes!
  
  The rice is always stale and hard as a rock, the food soggy and under cooked, & the food is prepared like it's being dumped in the garbage!
  
  This location needs new a new manager, new team, & overall just to be new in and out. It's in a great location but the staff is so bad that we will drive all the way to Riverton now instead if we want cafe rio because this location is a waste of your money and time!

  I love Cafe Rio in general, and the food at this location is no exception to the rule. However, I never seem to enjoy it as much. Perhaps it's because I come in cranky from the horrendous parking situation, or it might be the slightly less friendly than normal customer service. While I would recommend Cafe Rio in general, this is not my favorite location.

  The service is awful, my order is messed up just about Everytime when there's more than one meal. Curb side to go takes at least 10 minuted to come out and even then they rarely have your food ready, or even correct. Get a new manager or replace the current staff because this is easily the worst location I've been to.
